About the Role

As a Technical Support Intern, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting schools with product-related queries and ensuring they have a smooth experience using the leeep platform.

You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve customer concerns, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and support tickets.
  • Understand customer issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Guide users on platform features and best practices.
  • Log, track, and update support tickets while adhering to SLA timelines.
  • Escalate technical issues to the development team when required.
  • Follow up with customers until issues are resolved.
  • Assist customers during onboarding and initial platform setup.
  • Document recurring issues and contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Test newly released features and report bugs when necessary.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional support.

Requirements

Essential

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Patient, customer-focused, and willing to help users.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize support requests.

Preferred

  • Pursuing or completed BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc. (Computer Science), MCA, or any technology-related degree.
  • Interest or experience in Technical Support, SaaS, IT Helpdesk, or Customer Success.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems or CRM software is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of databases, networking, or web technologies is an added advantage.
