About the Role
As a Field Sales Executive Intern, you'll be responsible for introducing leeep to schools, conducting product demonstrations, building relationships with decision-makers, and converting prospects into customers.
This role is ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience in B2B SaaS sales while working directly with school administrators and management.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential schools and educational institutions.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding and customer support.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and events.
Requirements
Essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with clients face-to-face.
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing).
- Interest or experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Relations.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, Education, or IT sales is an advantage.
- Prior experience in cold calling or field sales is a plus (not mandatory).
